- RIYADH: Vatican's Ambassador to the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) Paulo Francisco hailed Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah International Program for Culture of Dialogue for Peace as a new and effective practical initiative to spread a culture of dialogue among conflicting parties and cultures around the world.
While speaking at a meeting of the executive board of UNESCO, currently being held in Paris, Francisco also stressed the importance of the initiative as it paves the way for multilateral relations in the field of educational culture, the Saudi Press Agency reported.
King Abdullah's program is a civilized way of connecting followers of various religions and cultures, he added.
