Dordrecht District Court has sentenced the suspect, identified only as Sander V., to 18 years imprisonment for strangling his neighbor, Milly Boele, with his belt after abducting her from her home in March.

According to Friday’s verdict, V. then buried Milly’s body under a patio in his garden and waited for six days until turning himself in and confessing.
