SAFCO to issue SR6 dividend

JEDDAH: Saudi Arabian Fertilizers Co.
(SAFCO) will pay a dividend of SR6 ($1.6) per share for the second half of the year, it said in statement on Monday.

SAFCO shares rose 1.77 percent on the Saudi bourse. "The board suggested on Sunday to issue a SR6 dividend per share for the second half ... making the total amount issued for 2010, SR3 billion which is SR12 per share," SAFCO said in the statement to the bourse.
