- JEDDAH: Winds are likely to trigger light to moderate rain in Northern Border Province, Eastern Province, Hail, Qassim and Riyadh on Friday, the Presidency of Meteorology and Environment Protection (PME) said in a statement on Thursday.
Winds carrying dust will reduce visibility in these regions. Clouds and winds in Baha region will also lead to poor visibility, PME spokesman Hussain Al-Qahtani said in a statement to the Saudi Press Agency.
The PME also warned of thick fog in Al-Jouf, Hail, and Northern Border Province during late night and morning, the PME spokesman said.
