Problems relating to Pakistani schools also figured in the discussions. The ambassador thanked Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah and the Saudi government for relief and rehabilitation of flood-affected people in Pakistan.

Alisherzai congratulated Prince Khaled on the recovery of King Abdullah and said the government and the people of Pakistan prayed for the health and long life of the king.

Alisherzai said King Abdullah was held in high esteem by the people and the government of Pakistan and is the most respected and able leader of the Ummah. Pakistan’s Director General (Haj) Syed Abu Ahmed Akif was also present at the meeting.
