He was accompanied by Mohammed Al-Omran, a member of SABB’s board and executive committee; Samir Assaf, CEO, Global Banking & Markets HSBC Group; Simon Cooper, deputy chairman and CEO, HSBC Bank Middle East and non-executive director of SABB; and Mohammad Al-Tuwaijri, regional head of Global Banking, Markets and Private Banking of HSBC Middle East and non-executive director of SABB.

During his visit, Gulliver met with representatives of the Kingdom’s banking sector and capital markets.

His meetings included discussions on banking activities in the Kingdom and an exchange of views on the future direction of Saudi Arabia’s financial sector.

Gulliver also met with senior executives of SABB, SABB Takaful and HSBC Saudi Arabia.
