- RIYADH: Etihad Etisalat (Mobily) said it had cut its international call rates up to 50 percent for all its postpaid subscribers, besides charging 20 halalas per minute for local calls.
The new offer comes as part of Mobily efforts to keep its subscribers inside the Kingdom connected to their families and friends outside the kingdom.
The company said customers who wish to subscribe to the international calls services should send an SMS to 1100 with the word “IDD.” A monthly fee of SR5 will be added to their invoice.
Mobily said the discount is valid for all international calls, including favorite numbers.
The offer, however, is not applicable to the following countries: Ethiopia, Afghanistan, Somalia, Senegal, San Marino, Austria, Zimbabwe, Sierra Leon, Madagascar, Lichtenstein, and Sao Tome and Principe, Mobily said
All post-paid customers, excluding ‘Raqi’ subscribers’ can benefit from this offer.
Mobily currently has many international roaming agreements with all countries around the world in terms of 3G postpaid and prepaid packages, MMS and video calling as well.
