Qatar Airways is unveiling the long-awaited highlight of its 100th destination launch campaign - a “two for the price of one” ticket offer marking the biggest promotion in its 14-year history, from Thursday (April 7) midnight to Friday (April 8) midnight. The Doha-based carrier will thus reach the historic milestone of 100 destinations with the promotion - with the start of flights to the Syrian city of Aleppo. Bookings are based on the time zone they are booking from. This "never-seen-before" Qatar Airways offer is valid for travel between May 1 and June 10, with travel to be completed by June 11 this year. Jeddah's Help Center highlighted the athletic talents of children and adults with disabilities and special needs during a festive and action-packed week of friendly sporting competitions and excitement as part of its 25th year celebration recently. The Help Center's Fire Bolt Games were aimed to foster greater awareness and appreciation within the community toward the talents of people with disabilities. The Sports Week was also a platform to rally and call for action all those concerned to promote as well as encourage sports among people with disabilities, as sports training and competitions have great physical, mental, spiritual and social benefits. Maha, director and member of the Help Center's board of trustees, said: "The week was all about our young athletes, and giving them the opportunity to shine, and show the community their capabilities and talents. The Fire Bolt friendly games were also a testament to the power and importance of sports, as they provided an arena for people with special needs to socially interact and maximize their great potential." Aside from the Fire Bolt Games the athletes and centers competed in the final round of contests to determine the winners in basketball, football, swimming, track and field and table tennis, with different dates and hours designated to each sport. The winning football and basketball teams (boys and girls) were given trophy cups as prizes.

Subway restaurants in Saudi Arabia on Monday organized a clean-up activity at the Corniche beach in Jeddah as part of its commitment to supporting the community and reiterating its status as a responsible global corporation.
