The British Council and University of Cambridge International Examinations work closely together in Saudi Arabia to deliver UK qualifications across the Kingdom. As part of their program to support learners and develop services to schools, the British Council and Cambridge celebrated the winners of the Outstanding Cambridge Learner Awards, Saudi Arabia, earlier this year. The awards feted the outstanding academic achievements of secondary school learners and were presented at three ceremonies across the Kingdom — in Dammam, Riyadh and Jeddah.
Over 120 learners received awards for exceptional performance in Cambridge examinations last year, including 30 learners who achieved the highest marks in the world and 26 learners who attained the highest marks in Saudi Arabia in a single subject.
These outstanding results will be recognized by employers and universities around the world as proof of academic excellence.
