A number of prominent princes including Riyadh Gov. Prince Salman, Prince Turki Al-Faisal, chairman of the King Faisal Center for Research and Islamic Studies, Prince Miteb bin Abdullah, commander of the National Guard, and Prince Alwaleed bin Talal, chairman of Kingdom Holding, took part in the dance, which was held at an indoor stadium in Dariya.

King Abdullah opened the annual festival on Wednesday. Organized by the Kingdom's National Guard, the Janadriyah fest depicts a wide range of programs including a camel race, craft exhibitions and culinary specialties.

Janadriyah village, spread over 1.5 sq km, houses over 30 huge areas or replicas representing different regions of the country. The festival features a lot of arts and objects made by carpenters, blacksmiths, cobblers, weavers and other craftsmen from different regions of the Kingdom.
