Created by THQ, a developer and publisher of interactive entertainment software, the uDraw GameTablet is powered by the Wii remote which fits into a slot on the left side of the tablet. uDraw Studio is a creative piece of software that lets kids use templates or their imaginations to paint, draw, color and sketch on the GameTablet. Finished artwork can be saved onto an SD card and then on the screen kids can watch a replay of exactly how they created their masterpiece.

THQ is regularly introducing games for the uDraw and these can involve the entire family. The classic board game, Pictionary, is a big hit on the GameTablet. uDraw Pictionary needs four players and has both adult and junior modes of play. While based on the Pictionary board game, the video game relies on drawing modes and its best to play a few test rounds so everyone gets a chance to try it out before competition begins.

Just released for the uDraw is the new SpongeBob SquigglePants game. Delivering more than 100 “Nanogames,” SpongeBob SquigglePants challenges players with super swift gameplay that will let them use the uDraw in myriad ways as they draw, tilt, tap, drag, press and flick their way through six zany worlds. SpongeBob SquigglePants also treats fans to never-before-seen art styles from the Nickelodeon vault. And adding to the fun, SpongeBob SquigglePants lets players digitally draw, paint and color with a free-form drawing function, or choose from dozens of SpongeBob-themed stamps. Once the artwork is saved to the Wii's SD card, it can be shared through e-mail, added to a file on any computer or even printed and displayed on a refrigerator door.

And coming in May, THQ will be inviting all creative kids to embrace their "Inner Po" with the Kung Fu Panda 2 video game. On the uDraw GameTablet, in story mode players will control Po, the bumbling panda, with their stylus to fight and defend Gongmen City. The epic battles against old and new enemies will happen amidst a backdrop that players themselves will bring to life. In drawing mode, players can color various pieces of character art and objects which will in turn populate the story mode, making the game unique to each player. There are also several mini-games that players can enjoy playing as the adorable baby Po.
