A representative of outsourced agencies will also be present at the site. Members of the community may also meet the visiting officials and also convey their grievances/suggestions, if any, related to labor, welfare and outsourced agencies. 

They should take with them written statements narrating their problems for redressal of their grievances, including consular related services.
