The commission, which will be headed by Justice Javed Iqbal of the Supreme Court, includes Justice Fakhuruddin Jee Ibrahim, Lt. Gen. (retd.) Nadeem Ahmed, Abbas Khan and Ashraf Jahangir Qazi.

The government has so far not announced terms of reference of the commission.
