- JEDDAH: Prince Fahd bin Abdullah, assistant minister of defense and aviation for civil aviation affairs, chaired a meeting of the board of directors of Saudi Arabian Airlines, and commended the airline's efforts to improve customer services and expand its operations.
Khaled Al-Molhem, director general of Saudia, briefed the meeting on the airline's achievements. He said the airline has completed privatization of its catering, cargo and ground services, adding that the privatization of the maintenance unit and Prince Sultan Aviation Academy would be completed within a few months.
