- JEDDAH: Syrian actress Kinda Alloush has decided to stop holding press conferences or giving interviews for the time being after she was criticized for appearing to support the protest movement in Syria.
When the protests began, Alloush had signed on to an initiative to provide food for children in Daraa. Meanwhile, Alloush is starring in a television serial that will be aired during the holy month of Ramadan called “The Banned Love” alongside Syrian star Abbas Al-Nouri.
Alloush will also visit Cairo soon to start filming a movie with Egyptian actor Hani Salama, scriptwriter Tamer Habib, and director Hadi Bagouri.
