- JEDDAH: Leading real estate development company Ewaan Global Residential Company has signed two contracts with New Job Company and Al-Arjab Contractors to build the infrastructure and an electromechanical installation as part of the first phase of the Alfareeda Residential Project.
The two contracts were signed during the Jeddah International Urban Development and Real Estate Investment exhibition held recently.
According to the contracts, New Job Company represented by Ali Al-Qahtani will be responsible for 199 villas, while Al-Arjab Contractors represented by Mazen Rajab will take care of 170 villas.
Ewaan's Chief Executive Officer Fahad Mohammed Al-Mutawae hopes that the two companies, known for its efficiency and commitment, will achieve Ewaan's overall ambitions for the project, which aims to establish a developed residential environment with more than 2,000 housing units as part of an integrated services project commensurate with middle-income class requirements and possibilities.
Al-Mutawae said: "Requests for acquisitions in the project by citizens increased after we obtained the license to sell from the Saudi Ministry of Commerce and Industry and this is why the company is seeking to appoint more than one contractor to do the required construction work in order to ensure quality and speed of implementation to deliver the units to the owners within a specified time".
Alfareeda, with its unique geographical location in the north of Jeddah, is an integrated project comprising 2,088 residential units (villas) covering more than 1 million square meters and aims to create a sophisticated residential environment and integrated services.
