- I was very excited to read this article because I will be getting married this month and the photo of the car in the story made me read it completely.
When I found that the groom could be fined for decorating his car and the fine is incremental according to number of infringes in the decoration, the story put a damper to my mood. I request the traffic department to advise the groom on how to decorate the car and the limits in which the groom would not be fined. This could help avoid any inconvenience on the special day for the groom.
