As a matter of fact, to avoid accidents at workplace, work should be performed in a right way with all precautionary measures in place. Inexperienced workers are most likely to be involved in accidents. They make unsafe movements because of their work habits. If employees are not taught the right ways of performing their operations, they may acquire some unsafe habits, which expose them to accidents.
