“All Saudia staff working at airports and the airline’s stations should provide all necessary services to passengers,” the director general said. He also urged branch and department managers to be present in their locations to monitor services.“We should improve our performance, raise the standard of services and remove all obstacles facing passengers to lessen their difficulties, making use of available resources and capabilities,” Al-Molhem said addressing the executives.During the meeting, the Saudia chief discussed the airline’s plans for transporting pilgrims as well as for carrying families and teachers before the beginning of the next academic session. Saudia operated 514 flights on the first day of Eid.
