What started as a simple request by the youth’s mother to her brother to discipline her son turned into a near tragedy. The uncle brought his machine gun along with him just to put the scare into his nephew. But while he was threatening his kin, the safety lock in the machine gun was off and there was a sudden spray of bullets, injuring the young man. Police moved to the location after being called in following the accident and arrested the uncle and seized the machine gun. The young man was admitted to a hospital where he underwent surgery to remove the bullets. Doctors have set seven days as recovery time.
