- SEOUL: South Korea's Daelim Industrial said on Friday that it had signed a $707 million deal to build a plant in Saudi Arabia with a joint venture of Saudi Aramco and Dow Chemical.
The builder said in a regulatory filing that the deal would expire at the end of 2014.
