- DUBAI: Dubai builder Arabtec has appointed Ibrahim Belselah as its chairman, the company said on Tuesday.
Belselah replaces Sheikh Butti bin Maktoum bin Juma Al-Maktoum who resigned, Arabtec said in a statement on Dubai's bourse website.
