The actress became emotional when she talked about her mother who had passed away and the revolutions taking place all over the Arab world. Saba mentioned that people in this region, for the first time, were fighting for their right to live in a free and democratic environment.

As a result, she believed the current events might bring honor and promise. She added, “People are demanding corrupt leaders to be removed from power, changing the outlook for future generations.”

The actress further said in the program, which was hosted by journalist Rania Barghouth, that her mother had predicted major changes taking place in the Arab world. She had expressed her hope that Palestine would be free one day.
