- GEORGETOWN, Guyana: Two people have died and more than a dozen were injured when a minibus and a truck collided on a rural road in the South American jungles of Guyana.
Police say in a statement that a 6-month-old child is among the dead.
They say a minibus heading toward the capital of Georgetown blew a tire late Friday and crashed into a truck carrying miners, food and fuel supplies to interior gold mines.
