- CAIRO: Egyptian singer Amal Maher has released her new album “Wearef Meneen” (From where I know), which has 10 songs.
- The singer recently launched the video of her song “Rayeh Beya Feen” (Where are you taking me), which was filmed in Istanbul.
Amal refused to talk about politics during a press conference in Cairo. The singer said that since the revolution began, she refused to talk about it.
This is her first album after five years. Amal denied stealing a song, which is part of her album, although the melody of the song is similar to that of a song by Moroccan singer Samirah Saeed. She said that she loved Samirah and would never think of stealing something from her.
