- Alesayi Electronics, in association with Panasonic Marketing Middle East (PMM), has opened the Kingdom’s first eco-friendly Panasonic Customer Care Center in Albawadi, Jeddah.
The move strengthens Panasonic’s aim to become the top green innovation company in the electronics industry in the Middle East.
Senior executives from Panasonic and Alesayi attended the inauguration. They included Khalid Alghazzi, executive managing director, Alesayi Electronics, Masato Tomita, executive director, corporate management division, Panasonic CIS, Middle East and Africa, Seiji Koyanagi, managing director, Panasonic Marketing Middle East, and Hidefumi Kawakita, general manager, Panasonic Marketing Middle East, Saudi Arabia office.
Alesayi Electronics is the sole agent for Panasonic in the Kingdom. It has one of the largest sales and service infrastructures in the Kingdom, with offices and distribution warehouses strategically located in major and minor cities.

This ensures that all customer care representatives are up-to-date and ready to address all customer needs and demands.
These new eco-friendly Panasonic Customer Care Centers will provide comprehensive repair services for all Panasonic products including air-conditioners, audio/video products, kitchen appliances, home appliances, health and personal care products, office automation products, telecommunications products, and CCVE and Pro-AV equipment.
In addition, Alesayi Panasonic offers a home repair service for items that require maintenance, servicing or repair on site at the customer’s premises.
