A one day training program on planning comprehensive integrated businesses will be held on Monday at the chamber to introduce sufficient definitions regarding strategic planning, its forms and its importance in accelerating future projects, according to the director of Integrated Business Planning at BAE Systems, Wael Tarabzoni.

The program will cover the concept of integrated business planning, the means to move strategic planning into IBP and the difference between strategic planning and IBP. Tarabzoni also pointed out that the program will provide a comprehensive demonstration of IBP and its application techniques in companies who have created, applied and executed them.

The program, Tarabzoni explained, targets owners and managers of small and medium-sized businesses as well as marketing and sales managers.
