- JEDDAH: A cold wave sweeping from northern Saudi Arabia is expected to reach the central and western regions early Monday morning, the Presidency of Meteorology and Environment warned today.
This will bring about colder temperatures throughout the week, with frosting expected in the northern region, the PME said.
Fifteen days ago a similar cold wave swept the Kingdom with the cold front moving in from Syria, Iraq and Turkey with temperatures dropping to as low as 4 degree Celsius.
