The theme of the event was "you are a champion" and several employees were awarded for their outstanding contribution in respective categories.

The company is expanding its portfolio within Saudi Arabia and is evaluating growth plans in other countries as well.

There are more than 1,200 Applebee's across the world at present with 13 in Saudi Arabia.

There are 2 China Gate restaurants in the country.

The event was presided over by Adnan Soufi, CEO of SEDCO Holding, Waleed Bin Mahfouz, chairman, Arabian Entertainment Co. Ltd and Ahmed Marashde, CEO, Arabian Entertainment.
