A large number of guests including diplomats, top-notch executives of hotel industry and Lamborghini club members attended the inauguration.

Located on the ground floor of the Four Seasons, this restaurant is open from 7 p.m. to 1am.

The restaurant has a seating arrangement for 110 guests.

“The new modern decor of Rosso Restaurant and an exclusive menu created on the occasion were the treat for every one,” said Pirkle.

New Italian Chef Marco Terranova created the menu for the launching ceremony, which was organized in association with Al-Ghassan Motors of the Kingdom.

The Al-Ghassan Motors also displayed a Lamborghini, Mc Laren Car and Ducati motorcycle during the event.

Sadik Omar Attar company offered a luxury “Tudor” watch for the raffle draw that took place as part of the celebrations.

“The guests felt the culinary prowess of the chef, a classically trained expert; who created native Italian cuisine in the Rosso kitchen,” said the general manager.

Terranova’s special menu consisted of a delectable range of antipasti and cold starters like Tortellino bresaola stuffed with mixed cheese on a bed of Arugula leaves and of skewer of buffalo mozzarella and cherry tomato.

Guests journeyed onwards to hot starters like Arancinetti with ricotta and spinach and risotto mushroom among others.

Tempting deserts were also on the menu including Panna Cota and Tortellini alla Crema.

Freshly prepared bread and pizza from the open kitchen’s wood-burning oven were liked by the guests.
