Different varieties of dates, traditional dishes and vegetables are in great demand at the exhibition ground. Fresh Madinah mint is also very popular among visitors. They are brought straight from the farm to Janadriyah by an early morning flight from Madinah.

Fresh Madinah rose mixed in tea adds to flavor and aroma. Many medicinal plants are also available at the pavilion, the Saudi Press Agency reported Thursday.

The pavilion also offers hot khobz (bread) cooked in a special handmade oven, maamoul (date pastry) and special rusk made from wheat.
