On behalf of Mobily, Abdullah Al Hariri, executive manager of media relations, received the trophy during the opening ceremony that took place at King AbdulAziz City for Science and Technology (KACST). Princes and ministers of health and social affairs, as well as other top officials attended the function.

Humoud Al-Ghubaini, Mobily’s vice-president for communication and public relations, said: “This partnership with Saudi Alzheimer’s Disease Association came according to the company’s strategy on social responsibility activities. We have signed a memorandum with the Alzheimer’s association in order to deliver awareness messages about the disease besides supporting them financially through different channels which we believe will help them achieve their humanitarian mission.”

The Alzheimer’s conference aimed at showcasing and discussing related issues to Alzheimer’s disease such as diagnostics and international standards in treating the patients. The event was considered a good opportunity to share ideas and experiences about Alzheimer’s disease.
