- LONDON: Eurostar has canceled some of its train services between London and Paris.
The train operator canceled four trains Tuesday and said other services were delayed by an hour after problems with overhead wires in France.
The morning cancelations involved one London-Paris service, one London-Brussels, one Brussels-London and one Paris-London.
The trouble started when trains got stuck between Lille and Paris Monday. Some trains were brought to a standstill and others were diverted to slower rail lines.
