Discussions will center on a wide range of topics including the Greek economic crisis, threats facing the euro zone region, euro zone peripherals, economic competitiveness and inherent problems.

Key speaker of the discussions is strategist and economist Athanasios Vamvakidis.

Vamvakidis is the International Monetary Fund's (IMF's) resident representative in Croatia since 2004 and before this assignment he was working in the European Department of the IMF covering the south European region including Italy, Greece, Slovenia, and Cyprus. Vamvakidis, who holds Ph.D in economics, has teaching assignments with Harvard University.
