The writ petition under article 199 of the constitution of Pakistan filed by his lawyer Mohammad Amir Khalil pleaded that Amal Sadda still suffering with bullet wound she got last year May 2 operation in Abbottabad that killed her husband and still suffering due to improper treatment, seeking courts intervention to order the authorities for her proper medical treatment.

Talking to Arab News lawyer Amir Khalil informed that they have also requested the court to quash the cases as all the allegations being leveled against her in the case are baseless.

Writ petition has also requested the court to release all family members including her five minor children who are also under detention along with other family members.

After detaining the Osama Bin Laden family for ten month by the Pakistani authorities, they were shifted to Islamabad early this month and court proceedings were initiated under several charges including illegally entering and staying in the country without legal documents beside other charges.

Amal Sadda’s brother, Zakria Sadda once again dashed to Pakistan approaching different courts for the release of his sister and other family members of Osama Bin Laden.

All those family members are kept under house arrest in a posh area of Islamabad under heavy security.

Pakistani media yesterday revealed that Osama Bin Laden family members entered Pakistan via Afghanistan and being living in different areas on fake names and also getting treatments in different hospitals by hiding their real identity.

This revelation with reference to a latest FIA investigation further disclosed that the family members are not cooperating in the investigation so they need an Arabic interpreter as only one widow can communicate in English.

Based on this latest investigation three widows and two daughter of OBL are implicated in the case in which their trail has begun last year.
