Al-Mazroue, who replaces Mansour Al-Nozha, thanked King Abdullah and Crown Prince Naif for bestowing their confidence in him. He commended the Saudi leadership’s generous support to high education.

Born in Makkah, Al-Mazroue has been working as vice president of King Abdulaziz University, consultant anesthetization at KAU hospital and an associate professor at its medical college.
