The specializations include public administration, management, information technology, project management and school health.

The source said the king's program to promote education (Tatweer) was aimed at attracting and employing highly qualified Saudi cadres who were sent abroad to study under his scholarships initiative. He said qualifying graduates would be absorbed into various departments of the ministry as part of its education development strategy.

The source said human cadres who join the ministry would receive further theoretical and practical development through programs at institutes and universities to qualify themselves for their new assignments at the ministry.

He said the applicants would be selected according to the ministry's need for their specialization and after they pass their personal interviews.

The ministry asked all students who studied these specializations to apply through its cadre program.
