- Arabian Petroleum Supply Company (APSCO) received an honorary shield from the General Police Directorate in appreciation of its services to the Saudi community and in recognition of APSCO’s active participation in the success of the 4th session of the “Security is the responsibility of everyone” symposium, which was held in Riyadh recently.
General Abdullah Al-Kheliwi, assistant of chief of Police, presented the honorary shield to Mohammed Ali Alireza, which he received on behalf of APSCO.
Alireza expressed his happiness over the recognition and said he considered this as an encouragement for APSCO to contribute to community services, as well as to upgrade security of the society, which is an integrated part of the Kingdom’s security and safety program.
“The role of the private sector is no less important than the role of the public sector in all departments. The participation in the symposium also aimed at raising awareness about security of the community. I would like to take this opportunity to praise specifically the police efforts in ensuring the security of our beloved homeland,” he added.
