The inauguration was attended by Jacques Daniel, vice president, global After-Sales Services Division, Renault France, and Christian Bocquet, Vice President of Quality and Services, Asia and Africa region in Renault France.

Divyendu Kumar, managing director of Gulf Advantage Automobiles, said that the opening of the 3,000 square meter service facility came as a step toward providing a satisfying ownership experience to Renault car owners and will fulfill the increasing demand for Renault services in the Kingdom, resulting from the increase in sales volume over the past two years.

He pointed out that the facility has 35 workstations offering various advanced facilities, including mechanical services, electrical works, body and paint works, and car wash.

All services are attended to by a group of qualified technicians who have been trained in special institutes locally and overseas.

This facility can cater to 120 to150 cars a day and the advancement of technology will lead to faster delivery of services, with quality.

Divyendu said the service facility is just a beginning and will be followed by many other steps to meet the customer's expectations in the Saudi market.

Jacques Daniel of Renault France expressed his pleasure to witness the development of the Renault Brand in the Kingdom, which resulted in a sales growth of 250 percent since it first started operating in July 2010.
