“Shaizwan Restaurant is a new Asian restaurant with predominantly Indian menu and with some new dishes that are not commonly served in the Kingdom’s restaurants,” said Siddiqui, after formally opening the outlet.

“This restaurant, which will have several outlets in near future, is a unique family dine-in facility,” said Siddiqui.

The restaurant, which will also offer outside catering services, is located in Haiul Wazarat district of the city.

“One can have choice of food from Chinese to Mughlai including a range of other Asian dishes,” said a Shaizwan Group executive, adding that “the food speaks for itself in our restaurant.”

The new restaurant specializes in barbecue and Mughlai dishes with a theme that reads, “Fresh, Authentic and Luxury Dining.”

Other dishes are grilled meat, chicken tikka, kabab of several varieties, mixed grill, fish, sizzling fried fish and above all biryani of different kinds and flavors besides a number of other dishes, salads and breads.

The restaurant has separate space for singles and families.

“I am sure that Shaizwan Restaurant will be a great success,” said a customer Javed Ahmed, who was present during the opening ceremony. “The food is good, the decoration is appealing and the waiters are neatly dressed ... and this what a customer wants,” said Ahmed.
