The exhibition is being held under the patronage of Eastern Province Deputy Gov. Prince Jelawi bin Abdul Aziz bin Musaed. A number of high-ranking officials and businessmen were present at the ceremony. They included Rawabi Group Chairman Abdul Aziz Alturki and Human Resources Development Fund Eastern Province Branch Manager Tareq Al-Ansari.

The exhibition provides expert advice on various career options available to young Saudis and also motivates youngsters to boost self-confidence and discover hidden talents.

Rawabi Holding has been touring the Kingdom with a view to allowing the young generation to unveil its talents to experts in the industry to boost Saudization.

Alturki said the company is totally committed to tackling unemployment. “Rawabi Talent Exhibition works to empower youth by encouraging them to identify their potential, and to motivate and assist them in channeling their focus and energies,” he said.

“This provides young people with the means to go on to building a prosperous future. We are ensuring that the youth of Saudi Arabia knows there is always a path to becoming successful. We aim, with the help of the Ministry of Labor and the Human Resources Development Fund, to eradicate unemployment in the country.”

Al-Ansari, expressed the importance of such exhibitions and supported Saudization efforts. “The Human Resources Development Fund works very closely with the private sector to successfully implement programs that encourage a Saudization of jobs and is a primary objective that we all seek. We stand closely and support talent exhibitions, especially those that comprise of regular trainings and workshops for young men and women.”

The talent and industry and specific job booths that are being exhibited at Rawabi Talent Exhibition for young Saudis to visit cover human resources, hospitality, sales, petroleum engineer, nutritionist, brand management, computer engineer, lawyer, psychiatrist, physiotherapist, photographer, accountant, journalist, film director, civil engineer, site supervisor, graphic designer, fashion designer, interior designer, mechanic, chef and many others.
