CEO of the festival, Akram bin Khalil Al-Eid, said the activities at the festival were designed to target all sections of society, to boost tourism and spread cultural awareness through workshops, seminars and

debates to discuss all matters pertaining to disability.

He said an exhibition titled “Extreme Challenge” would display examples of strong-willed disabled people. It will tour various cities and towns in the Kingdom during summer.

Al-Eid asked all the residents to attend the festival in which more than 50 disabled citizens would be participating. “Disability is not the end of the road. Through strong will and strong faith the disabled can live a normal life,” he said.
