"Food Fiesta 2012 will take place from today to May 15.

The mega promotion will be in all Lulu outlets in Riyadh and Alkhobar.

The inaugural ceremony will be held at 6:30 p.m. in Riyadh while in Alkhobar it will begin at 7 p.m. Abdul Rehman Al-Homaiyin of the Asharqia Chamber will inaugurate it.

The 14-day promotion will have a lot of special attractions and colorful activity. Lulu Riyadh will have a giant pizza.

It will be the biggest in Saudi Arabia.

Lulu Alkhobar will have the tallest cake as the part of inaugural day attraction.

May 3 will be celebrated as "Biryani Day" in both Riyadh and Alkhobar. Lulu will exhibit more than 20 varieties of biryani from different parts. May 4 will be celebrated as "Cheese and Olives Day."

Lulu's world-class delicatessen department will showcase a wide range of cheese and olives from different parts of the world.

"Another added attraction of this Food Fiesta is the entertainment activities. On May 10 Lulu outlets in Riyadh and Alkhobar will conduct cookery contest for three categories: vegetarian, non-vegetarian and dessert. During this period customers can enjoy lot of raffle draws associated with major brands like Kohinoor, Lipton, Afia Oil, etc."
