Al-Naimi sees ‘most countries’ agreeing to freeze oil output

HOUSTON: Petroleum and Mineral Resources Minister Ali Al-Naimi said he expected most big producer nations would agree to a proposed deal to freeze output at January levels.

“There is a common sense and there is a need for more money, and I think this common sense will make not all countries but make most countries freeze,” Al-Naimi said at the IHS CERAWeek conference in Houston.
