Zain KSA has launched its new rewards program (Zain Plus) for postpaid and prepaid services subscribers.
It enables them to gain points that grow with their usage of Zain’s services on their own lines.
The program offers three different membership levels (silver, gold and platinum) which are granted to customers based on their average spending during a period of three months.
The company said all subscribers will be automatically enrolled in this program and will be rewarded with welcoming points.
They will automatically receive points for any payment or recharge process.
Subscribers can use the points to gain rewards such as free local call minutes and free local and international SMSs and free BlackBerry service for a month according to the points collected by them.
The company stressed that it has always sought to provide the best options for its subscribers by providing the latest in the world of communications and information technology.
This comes in line with the interest and continued support the company shows for its customers, while ensuring the highest levels of quality.
Zain KSA said Zain Plus provides several communication channels for customers to obtain details about their points or available rewards.
