BAJ strategy to benefit youths

Bank AlJazira (BAJ) has adopted a unique strategy to serve the community through its program ‘Khair Aljazira le Ahl Aljazira’ with the aim to strengthen collaboration with charitable institutions in the Kingdom.
Aware of social responsibilities, BAJ undertaking initiatives to have an integrated society and hence has adopted and executed programs that achieved and sustained development through training and qualifying youth section including blinds, deaf, mute and others with physical challenges.
The initiatives include providing them Al Qardh Al-Hassan loans so that they can establish business, and improve their living and income. BAJ has also set up fully equipped computer labs in a number of communities and training centers.
As a result of these initiatives, 2,372 youths have been benefitted. Besides, responding to the call by Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah to support Syrian people, the BAJ has contributed an amount of SR 500,000 for the cause.
Nabil AlHoshan, CEO of Bank Al Jazira, said that the Khair Aljazira program would continue to benefit the Saudi nation by taking up more of such initiatives.
He said that BAJ realizes the sense of responsibility for the welfare of the Saudi community and hence is committed to a long-term strategy to serve the society through introduction of innovative CSR programs and by working very closely and establishing vital relationships with key charity organizations across the Kingdom.
