Saudi Steel deepens Swiss trade links

Swiss Consul General Hans Stalder visited Saudi Steel plants at Jeddah industrial estate phase 4, at the invitation of Mohamed H. Zakaria, CEO of Saudi Steel and SVP of Ahmed Salem Bugshan Group.
Stalder acknowledged Zakaria’s hosting of several diplomats stationed in Jeddah since early eighties on different plants that he managed.
Stalder was given a detailed powerpoint presentation about Ahmed Salem Bugshan Group and Saudi Steel — a leading steel manufacturer in the region that included comprehensive market data on global and regional steel and soft drinks industry.
The diplomat showed keen interest in Saudi Steel’s Saudization program that enjoys excellent category by the Ministry of Labor due to its achievement of hiring double the number of Saudi nationals than officially required, including Saudi female employees.
He was informed of growing business relationship between Saudi Steel and Swiss Steel companies that stand at all time high.
