Adrees Petroleum and Transport Services Company (Adrees) announced the signing of a memorandum of understanding yesterday with Bertschi AG, a Swiss company, for establishing a new company, according to Tadawul website.
The new joint venture company will engage in providing chemical logistics, transport management, warehousing management, cleaning facility of chemical tanks and related services.
The new company will be managed by a team jointly formed by the two companies, which will have independent activities and operations.
Bertschi AG is operating worldwide in the field of logistics and transport of chemicals by ISO tanks by road, sea and rail in Europe, China and Singapore. It is headquartered in Durrenasch, Switzerland.
