LEGOLAND Water Park, part of Dubai Parks and Resorts, has opened. It is the region’s largest integrated theme park destination specifically designed for families with children aged 2 to 12.
The theme park has 20 water slides and other attractions, each offering a different and fun-soaked experience for the whole family.
The highlights of the park include Build-A-Raft River, where families customize their own raft using LEGO soft bricks, before floating down a lazy river.
Build-A-Boat invites children to build their boat model using countless LEGO bricks before testing their design against the gentle flow of water in a 10- meter river.
LEGOLAND Water Park also features a designated area especially for toddlers with four small slides and interactive DUPLO animals with water features at the DUPLO Splash Safari.
Siegfried Boerst, general manager of LEGOLAND Dubai said: “Following our launch of LEGOLAND Dubai last October, we are delighted to open the Middle East’s first water park specifically designed for families. We are committed to offering memorable experiences and we look forward to welcoming families from the region and across the globe to experience awesome days soaked with adventure and fun.”
The park also offers a full range of amenities, including dining and retail outlets, changing rooms, cabanas, guest services, first-aid and prayer rooms.
The theme park is located next to LEGOLAND Dubai. The two parks feature over 60 interactive rides, water slides and other attractions.
