Burj Rafal Hotel Kempinski Riyadh has announced the appointment of Bruno Guillard as its director of Food and Beverage (F&B).
Guillard is a dedicated hotelier with 19 years’ experience in the hospitality industry. He has worked in Europe, Asia and the Middle East.
Guillard started in hospitality in 1997 in China as an assistant banquet manager in Peninsula-Palace hotel, before he worked in France as a restaurant manager from 1998 to 2005. In 2005, Guillard joined Al-Qasr — Madinat Jumeirah in Dubai as an assistant F&B manager.
Afterward, he worked as a director of F&B in several hotels in Singapore and France between 2009 and 2015 until he joined Kempinski Hotel and Residences Palm Jumeirah in Dubai in 2015.
With knowledge in hospitality and strong food and beverage background, Guillard will certainly be an asset for Burj Rafal Hotel Kempinski, channeling his experience to all F&B operations.
In addition to his mother tongue, he is fluent in English, basic German, Spanish and Italian, and a beginner in Arabic and Mandarin.
